1. How positive you act in matching process (ex. how often you send mail to different countries' project manager may affect how quick you can get matched)
so it's strongly recommended that you send 5~6 mails every day to different project managers to seek for matching opportunities. And be open-minded to every countries' project! You will definitely learn a lot !:)
2. Email is not enough, if you want to get quick response, it's suggested that you can add the project manager's "Facebook" "Skype" "GTalk" and have quick and closer conversation with the project manager, and it will also increase you probability to get matched with the project!
