Job Description1 | Before workshops at schools each trainee is obliged to attend a preparation seminar organized by hosting Local Committee 7th-8th January 2012. Trainee will gain knowledge on how to conduct workshops at schools and work with students and will develop autopresentation and training skills as well as get information about workshops content. The expenses of seminar (approximately 20$) will be covered by the trainee. Trainee should be prepared to take part in Global Village during his stay. He/She should bring traditional clothes, food, beverages, brochures, gadgets as well as presentation about the country and any other useful materials. |
Job Description2 | From 9.01 till 17.02.2012 trainees in groups of 3 will be conducting workshops at Polish schools for around 25 students from Monday to Friday. In each school trainee will spend one week. |
Job Description3 | The topic of workshops is about developing interests of students - culture, world issues, entrepreneurship, history, science etc. |
Job Description4 | If needed trainee should prepare extra activities for students for example games, competitions, sports activities. Trainee should take part in additional activities and events included in the project. |
Job Description5 | After the workshops cycle, trainees will organize one day long workshops about presentation skills for the students. It should have a character of simplified Train The Trainers conference. |

Measurable results expected from the intern | It is expected that after the project students will be inspired and motivated to be entrepreneurial and be proactive. Apart from workshops students will take part in additional activities organized by the trainee. Schools are satisfied with high quality of the workshops. All stakeholders know what is AIESEC and have the positive image of the organization. |
Preparation required from the intern before arrival | Trainee is required to read preparation materials, prepare own materials for workshops as well as prepare him/herself in terms of training and facilitating skills and additional events like Global Village (information, traditional dances, food and beverages, games, presentations). |

Other Details of the Working Conditions | 1. Personal Workspace provided 2. Internet Access provided 3. Food One hot meal during workshops at schools will be provided. 4. Accommodation is provided. Trainee will stay with Polish families or in a flat shared with other interns. 5. In each school there will be a teacher responsible for the trainee. 6. All facilities needed for the workshops (flipcharts, markers, screens, projector) will be provided. 6. Students and teachers responsible will know English at least at communicational level. 7. Schools engaged in the project can be either in cities, towns or in villages. 8. Trainee will sometimes move to schools in other cities. 7. Preparation materials for workshops and specific topics will be provided. |

Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship | Enter Your Future - national project organized by AIESEC in Poland, well-known and very popular project in Poland. In previous editions more than 200 trainees from different countries took part. In order to participate in the project excellent English is required. Trainee should arrive with a valid medical insurance for the total period of the internship. Trainee is obliged to arrive to Poland at least one day before the preparation conference which is 7th-8th.01.2012. |
