About Hello World Project
“Hello World” is a project for Armenian children and youth that will show them an innovative and interesting way of finding their future place in labor market. The main mission of the projects is to provide cross cultural communication between people from more than 15 nationalities and help Armenians become more open and integrated to world issues. The project will encourage all its participants to work hard, think globally and dream big. They’ll get to know their strengths and weaknesses and the right way of using them. This will be achieved through workshops in schools and universities in different parts of Armenia. Workshops for them will be mainly focused on innovative ways of learning, cultural diversity, soft skills development, career/profession planning delivered by young international professionals.

Measurable results expected from the internDeveloped speaking, listening, and pronunciation skills of the participants, familiarity to the cultural differences between intern’s and our country, developed there potentials to have a focus path for there future carrier plans.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalBefore arrival the intern needs to get prepared for the trainings, get familiar to the culture of our country, prepare different materials, handouts, movies, PPts, presentation skils, the intern will need throughout the first weeks of the project.
Details on the Working Conditions-
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internshipThe key learning points are: training/facilitating skills, working with students, intercultural communication, and group dynamics. After his/her successful internship intern will awarded with certificate.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the InternshipThe candidate should have training/facilitating experience. It is preferable for the candidate to be an AIESECer. Candidate should have positive attitude and Leadership skills.
