About Be the Change
This project was born for different reasons. As AIESECers we thought it is necessary to develop projects about : entrepreneurship,corruption,innovation and cultural understanding,youth leadership ; we really retained to involve in the same time different stakeholders like our University (students and professors) ,high schools , middle schools and common citizens to obtain a real global impact on a local reality . We hope to generate a growth in all the people involved ,especially for the interns that will come here to develop it and our local students that will depart to open more their mind and discover new horizons.
Job Description
Department the intern will be working	University of Palermo,Middle Schools, High Schools
Job Description1	The intern will work with other four interns to sensibilize students of different ages about relevant topics like : CSR,legality,entrepreneurship,language teraching,cultural understanding .
Job Description2	The first week the intern will be trained by teachers,professors ,NGOs and AIESEC about their work and to understand and know better issues,the work and local reality .
Job Description3	The intern will develop a business plan of a local product to position at international level . It is important to take in consideration to do it the issues below
Job Description4	The intern will develop and run sessions at schools about the topics below taking in consideration the age and the english level of students.
Job Description5	The intern will take pictures of the local reality . Every week ,he/she will have a different topic and he/she will show it during an event .
Job Description6	He/she will organize and promote an event at University to sensibilize about issues and to show their different works . He/she will participate as public speaker and opinion leader .
Measurable results expected from the intern	N of students that attend the event. N of pictures that are taken following the issue taken every week 2 Business Plans (not individually) 1 Event promoted and organized (Global Village after the event is include)
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	A basic knowledge of Italy,Sicily,Palermo and related topics ( Wikipedia can be a good source to do it) . Camera is not provided so it is required . Laptop is preferred .

Other Details of the Working Conditions	The Intern will live with other ones near University and City Centre allowing him/her to go by feet . The work will be totally supported by AIESEC Palermo.

Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship	Free Food and Accomodation . Study Tour provided Two interns will be elected team leadersby AIESEC Palermo ,they will be responsible to manage teamwork .
