Job Description1The intern will work in a Fundraising group composed by 5 trainees. The Project is divided in 2 parts: virtual training and fundraising activities.
Job Description2Training:will be done virtually (on wiziq) by CESVI, one of the biggest NGO in Italy (www.cesvi.eu). They will deliver training about how to structure fundraising and how to communicate it externally.
Job Description3Fundraising activities: The Intern will structure the fundraising campaign and will implement it in the city with the support of CESVI that will track their work virtually.
Job Description4The intern will analyze the Financial process, cash flow, and will understand the financial logic and tools. They will have to achieve a goal as a team and they need to raise 2000€ in 6 weeks.
Job Description5The intern will fundraise for a CESVI project about Food Security in Zimbabwe. This project is affecting 4000 people and will develop an agricultural system to help them fighting poverty.
Job Description6All the AIESEC Italy teams will take part in a Challenge. The most innovative team, that will raise most money and will create the best communication campaign will be rewarded during a Press Release.
Measurable results expected from the internBudget of the initiative covered, Fund Raising Campaign creation, implementing effective and innovative ideas, giving feedback, communicating with coordinator.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalInterns need to be familiar with marketing or communication or external relations background.

Other Details of the Working Conditions*The interns will come from India, Brazil, Egypt, China and Taiwan. The one from the first 3 countries will have to pay Food and Accomodation by their own. The one from the last 2 countries will have to pay just accommodation. Other details will be explained during interview.

Job Description1The aim of the project is to spread cultural awareness among youth of 12-17 years from schools. The first task is to show the foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, national clothes. Presentation need to be prepared in interactive way and adopted to different age groups;
Job Description2To prepare program (in form of presentations, discussions, quizzes and other interactive activities) based on overview of social, political and economical situation in intern’s country;
Job Description3With other interns prepare and organize "Global Village" festival in each school (3-5) with national performance from interns country (song, dance, drama, playing musical instrument, other);
Job Description4Prepare and take part in discussion clubs, events, learning circles, other activities to spread cultural awareness, show the variety of world's cultures and share the idea of cultural tolerance;
Job Description5Take part in LC activities, integration events, be involved into LC work - facilitation, education, PBoX preparation, recruitment, OGX activities, others.

Measurable results expected from the internMinimum of 10 country presentations held, 20 training delivered, 5 additional events organized. Main expectations from interns - proactivity, flexibility and willing to make an impact, as interns will play the main part in realizing of all planned activities of the project (with the help of OC) and deliver desired results of AIESEC in Ukraine.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalCollect information about current situation in social, political and economical spheres of own country. Be prepared to present countries, culture and traditions (power point presentations, music, clothes, food, drinks, flag, brochures, books, games, instruments etc.).

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internshipInterns will work in dynamic international environment with like-minded fellows form Ukraine and abroad, attending trainings, preparing sessions, working with young people and contributing to their development. New deeper knowledge in people development area (training and facilitating skills), education and teaching skills, involvement in the educational environment, team management skills, gaining experience on AIESEC systems, PBOX experience.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the InternshipFull program of the project and education flow will be send additionally. Own laptop is obligatory.

Job Description1Trainee will be conducting workshops with kids in kindergartens and primary schools from Monday to Friday in the same one for 2 weeks.
Job Description2The main goal is to learn children English and trainee’s mother language, to show culture , to teach them tolerance, to influence on their future development.
Job Description3Trainee will introduce children into English by various games, presentations, competitions, workshops and activities. Trainee should prepare materials for workshops.
Job Description4Trainee has to be prepared to present her/his country and culture by photos, games and typical things brought from home ( for example sth sweet, some gadgets from his/her place).

Measurable results expected from the internIt is expected that after the project children will expand their English and gain knowledge about the countries and cultures. They will be encouraged to learn foreign languages .Schools are satisfied with high quality of the workshops. All stakeholders know what is AIESEC, they have a positive image of the organization and would like to continue taking part in the projects. • Having an impact on ways of organizing activities for children • Volunteering experience is welcomed • Pedagogical studies or Language Teaching (Preferred but not necessary ) •Positive attitude towards little children •Good communicate skills, open – minded attitude toward life (smile, smile, smile!!)
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalBefore arrival trainee should prepare to work with children. Intern is required to prepare a presentation about his/her country including traditional costumes, music, dances) and materials for workshops with kids. Excellent English is required.

Additional information a potential candidate may require for the InternshipTrainee should arrive with a VALID MEDICAL INSURANCE for the total period of the internship and HEALTH CARD (certificate) with provides that student is health and does not suffer from any disease. Intern is obligated to HAVE CHECK-UP,it is necessary to working with kids. ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED ! One hot meal will be provided at workplace.

Courses are facilitated by foreign native speaker or excellent level for improvement of your communication skills. Teaching is conducted by interactive form based on Callans method, which is using quick reaction in foreign languages.
