Job Description1The intern should present the AIESEC Local Committee and their activities, our platform and invite the pupils, to take part in the project.
Job Description2The intern's task will be presenting interesting facts, about the intern's culture, economy, history, education system and country in general.
Job Description3"What's the role of leadership"and "Team work"- And the intern should organize and deliver a workshop in order to bring the topic closer to the pupils.
Job Description4The intern should organize and deliver a soft skill training (presentation skills & time management) in order to help the pupils to develop.
Job Description5Distribute and collect the surveys in order to evaluate the project, participate at local media interviews in order to share your experience as well as make the project more visible.

Measurable results expected from the internTo make successful presentations and workshops and involve the members of his/her group in actively participating in the program. To be punctual, to complete his/her responsibilities on time, to respect the rules of the school. To contribute culturally to the environment of the work place.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalCollect materials from his/her LC regarding leadership and soft skill trainings. The interns need to bring enough materials (traditional clothing, souvenirs, country movies, food) so they can present their country.

Other Details of the Working ConditionsAccommodation and food will be provided. The accommodation will be at one of the old student's place, a separate place to live, but the entrance is the same with the whole family.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internshipThe intern will learn how to plan and organize activities, lectures, and workshops. They will develop their teaching, facilitation, leadership and presentation skills. They will learn about our country, city and our culture because they will be constantly involved with people.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the InternshipAll the workshops that the intern will organize will be interactive – Pupils participating in the work-shops will have assignments to research the topic before hand, in order to share what’s happening in Hungary and compare it to the intern’s home country. Presentations will happen during English lessons, while workshops will most likely occur after school hours as they will be longer than 45’. AIESEC members will help the intern in order to deliver his duties.
