Job Description1The intern will work in a Fundraising group composed by 5 trainees. The Project is divided in 2 parts: virtual training and fundraising activities.
Job Description2Training:will be done virtually (on wiziq) by CESVI, one of the biggest NGO in Italy (www.cesvi.eu). They will deliver training about how to structure fundraising and how to communicate it externally.
Job Description3Fundraising activities: The Intern will structure the fundraising campaign and will implement it in the city with the support of CESVI that will track their work virtually.
Job Description4The intern will analyze the Financial process, cash flow, and will understand the financial logic and tools. They will have to achieve a goal as a team and they need to raise 2000€ in 6 weeks.
Job Description5The intern will fundraise for a CESVI project about Food Security in Zimbabwe. This project is affecting 4000 people and will develop an agricultural system to help them fighting poverty.
Job Description6All the AIESEC Italy teams will take part in a Challenge. The most innovative team, that will raise most money and will create the best communication campaign will be rewarded during a Press Release.
Measurable results expected from the internBudget of the initiative covered, Fund Raising Campaign creation, implementing effective and innovative ideas, giving feedback, communicating with coordinator.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalInterns need to be familiar with marketing or communication or external relations background.

Other Details of the Working Conditions*The interns will come from India, Brazil, Egypt, China and Taiwan. The one from the first 3 countries will have to pay Food and Accomodation by their own. The one from the last 2 countries will have to pay just accommodation. Other details will be explained during interview.
