Job Description1The intern has to prepare and deliver interactive class sessions supported by the project team. The main issues are developing leadership skills among students and career orientation.
Job Description2The intern has to deliver trainings about team management, team work, time management, presentation skills, negotiating and communicative skills etc.
Job Description3The intern is going to lead sessions for career planning to high school students
Job Description4The intern has to prepare and discuss with children topics like volunteering and ecology. He/she has to present his/her own country, culture and traditions in front of them.
Job Description5The intern has to prepare and deliver interactive games and simulations about the topics mentioned above.
Job Description6The interns are going to participate in a social event organized by them and the children where the project will be discussed.
Measurable results expected from the internThe number of the presentations and the trainings held, participation at social events with the High school and AIESEC and the efficiency of the project found by children's evaluations.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalInterns have to be ready to present their countries (power point presentations, music, clothes, food, drinks, flag, brochures, books etc.) and to be well aware of the themes mentioned above. They will be informed if the educational institution requires other preparations on specific topics.
