Department the intern will be working-
Job Description1Project "Equal in Diverity" is a big educational PBox which aims to help elementary school students in developing their non-violent communication skills, tolerance, intercultural sensitivity and mediation. The project will be realized as a series of six interactive workshops held on a weekly basis in elementary schools. The topics of workshops will be given to them two weeks before their arrival to Croatia.
Job Description2First two weeks upon arrival, interns will participate in the workshops "Train the Trainers" which will be conducted by the educational partner of the project - Entrepreneurship Center Osijek.
Job Description3The intern will be working in team with other interns, brainstorming and creating upcoming classes' agenda.
Job Description4The intern will create presentations for students.
Job Description5Intern will hold presentations, workshops and he/she should prepare games and quizzes about topics. Each interns will lead 2 workshops on the same topic per week.
Job Description6Encouraging students to speak English during the class, facilitating, involving them into brainstorming, discussions and creative solutions to the problems.
Measurable results expected from the internOn last week intern will in cooperation with his / hers colleagues organise competitions between school consist of interesting quizzes and tasks.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalPreparation about topics that will be given to the intern. It is required to bring interesting material to help represent your culture.
