Job Description1Delleny is a local initiative launched by AIESEC CU that aims to help facilitate high school students’ transition from high school to university.
Job Description2Interns will receive intensive training from our learning partners, in how to deal with Egyptian students at this age and give training sessions using experiential learning techniques.
Job Description3Interns will be given intensive training in, and expected use approaches such are, mentorship and coaching.
Job Description4Interns will have a chance to work in a team of facilitators from around the world. Facilitators will coordinate with each other the sessions and activities to be delivered.
Job Description5The project deals in three main focus areas. These are; self discovery, goal setting, and goal realization.

Measurable results expected from the intern1- Giving enjoyable, motivational and beneficial sessions to the students 2- Being helpful in the work needed in the project 3- To give good impact on the students and the school administration as he is representing AIESEC.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival1- Basic research of the abovementioned deliverables 2- Working on his/her presentation skills 3- Preparing a presentation about his/her culture.

Other Details of the Working ConditionsACCOMMODATION is provided for FREE, during the internship.
