Papercraft Workshop Sector
Job Description1
Working with handmade recycled paper, in order make products like pictures frames, calendars, vessels etc.
Job Description2
coordinate a group of young people with disabilities in artistic activities.
Job Description3
Teaching of artistic techniques, like painting and collage, in order to make handcrafted pieces.
Job Description4
Take part in events of sales of the pieces made in the sector, in projects of solidarity economy and fundraising.

Take part in general events of the NGO

Attend weekly meeting with manager at LC in order to do the tracking of activities.
Measurable results expected from the intern
Increase of productivity, quality of products made.

To develop the social sensibility and to know how to structure classes for the NGO's public, living with people with disabilities inserted in the labor market, leaning about social entrepreneurship, learning techniques of art and handcraft.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship
Hosting will be provided by LC. IMPORTANT: The trainee will have to pay R$ 150,00 (one hundred and fifty reais equal to US$ 87.78 according to cotation on 27/02/2012) once he/she arrives in Porto Alegre.This fee covers part of the costs we have with the TN and the service and allowed us opening DT TNs for free in NGOs that really need help for making social impact in the city.
