About Persatuan Kebajikan Cornerstone

Pusat Jagaan Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Cornestone Selangor was started in 2003. It consists of 18 children and theres plan to take in 2 more children. The home rental is paid by church and other expenses are due to public's kindness. The home is a shelter for the children to provide them a holistic environment filled with peace,love,joy and kindness to have a second chance in life.

To give tuition classes for children of the home in English, Mathematics and Science.

To be the mentor and motivator for the children in the home.

To help in developing the children of the home. (e.g. Workshop)

Assist in fund-raising or any promotion activities for the home. (if there are any)

Assist in administration of the home.

Able to assist in minimal household chores

Measurable results expected from the intern
|
Children improvement in English, Mathematics, Science and Computer skills. Successful participation in fundraising and promotion activities.

Preparation required from the intern before arrival
|
Interns can prepare educational material such as power point slides for English, Mathematics and Science Interns can read about the Malaysian culture.
