Interns are also required to share in our Mini-Projects Competition. We will sponsor ideas of small projects or events that serve our mission. Interns may apply either individually or in pairs for the competition. HS will be supporting the winners academically and financially. However, interns or team members are expected to handle the logistics, marketing and everything themselves.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
Interns will be trained before starting teaching and the training will continue during teaching as well. The training will include sessions about teaching pedagogies, the organizations way of teaching, Leader ship skills and writing skills. A certificate will be handed at the end of the program.
