The payment is the minimum wage 566700 colombian pesos to exchange rate 1780 = 318 USD. The working hours don´t exceed 40 hours a week and saturdays is for working, however is only 5 day working. Our LC has one of the best trainee services of Colombia as we pick you up at the airport, we provide you with a god mother/father (a person who is going to guide you and be with you all the time), we give you city tours, we take you to dance salsa, we are always organizing activities related to tourism and parties. In addition, we organize trainee nights :D The advantage is that you will be able to share the experience with around 7-10 trainees of different nationalities
