Project Based on Exchange - AIESEC RMIT

Job Description1
|
Build and finalize content for each event of the project based on the given model of the project. Prepare and run the 1st three events including Opening Plenary, Smile Visits and Smile Campaign. Prepare and participate in the Global Village Activity.
|

Job Description2
|
Managing online/offline promotion - Build promotion plan, materials, promotion channels for the project - Manage promotion channels - Raise awareness about the project among students in HCM region
|

Job Description3
|
Supporting External Relations: - Build sales proposal to raise fund for the project, participate in sales activities including company meetings, learning partner meeting, sales training etc.
|

Job Description4
|
Managing event: - Mange the flow of each event - Keep relationship with registered students - Record and take photos of each event - Create creative video of each event after the event finish
|
|
Job Description5
|
Visit orphanages each 1 or 2 week(s) with the team/volunteers and bring smile to unprivileged people with different activities
|
|
Job Description6
|
Engage in Local Chapter activities, such as: local chapter meetings, learning events, trainings etc.
|
|
Measurable results expected from the intern
|
- Content of all 5 events are fully built. Promotion plan, materials and channels are completed. Sales proposal is completed. Each intern has his/her own exchange story publicized. - Minimum 90% participation in project meetings - Each event attract at least 90% of students involved - 5000 students aware of the project through online/offline promotions

|
The Project team and interns of AIESEC RMIT are having fixed place for working which is RMIT campus, under good conditions (e.g. air-conditioner, big choice for meeting rooms, educational environment where everyone fell more serious while working in the school environment). Moreover, Interns may use available facilities provided by RMIT University for free such as, sport field, basketball field, gym, game room, tennis court etc.
