Job Description1
“Young Entrepreneurship Program” is a brand-new idea to youngsters in China. Entrepreneurship, which includes a sense of innovation, responsibility, ability to communication, business knowledge and so on, is the essential quality for youngsters who are on the way to success. They are driving force of social development; they are masters of innovation. Trainees will work for Heart Education Youth Development Centre. This NGO focuses on the development of youth diathesis. It helps young people develop self-esteem, self-confidence and leadership.
Job Description2
Trainees shall use creativity to help design projects,while adding their own experiences&useful information to enrich the content.
Job Description3
Trainees and the project executive team will take part in carrying out one or two offline activities. So they should be familiar with the whole process of the projects and suggest improvements.
Job Description4
Trainees may have the opportunity to visit partners(such as Adidas, Right To Play China, etc) with project manager,from which they can learn the skills of negotiation with partners.
Job Description5
Trainees will participate in the propaganda with the project team and have the chance to learn how to “sale” project services and get trust of people.
Job Description6
Trainees will get 1100RMB allowance and 200RMB equipment subsidy if they bring laptops. The NGO will provide free staff dormitory for trainees,but trainees need to pay for the food and transportation.
Measurable results expected from the intern
A) No accidental bad case during the internship. B) Adequate attendance in project events. C) Evaluation and feedback from the organization you work in. D) Necessary reports and surveys on the exchanging experience.
