Job Description1
Introducing children to creative thinking that will motivate them to develop their art potencial, adds self-confidence. Expanding the boundaries of art. Trainee will be conducting workshops with 10-15 people (disabled children), minimum 30 hours weekly.
Job Description2
Trainee will be taking care of disabled children who attend the project and helping them to identify their path of development.
Job Description3
Apart from art workshops trainee will prepare extra activities for children for example games, competitions, sports activities, english classes.
Job Description4
Introducing children to the culture and habits of the country the EP comes from. Developing multicultural awarness in children.
Job Description5
Broadering the borders of art trough a variety of activities. Learning English by playing and helping children to improve their english skills.
Job Description6
Trainee will prepare The Heart of Art's event for all course participants and trainees engaged in this project.
Measurable results expected from the intern
Integration with all participants of the project.Enthusiastic attitude toward disabled children and getting to know their need - Creativeness and implementing new ideas on every stage of common work.After the project children will improve their English level and know new culture, traditions.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
Before arrival Trainee should prepare to work with disabled children. Intern is required to prepare a presentation abour his/her country including traditional costumes, music, dances (possibly clothes, brochures, photos, etc.)

Food and accomodationis provided.AIESEC is responsible for finding accomodation for interns.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
Facilitating skills, training skills, autopresentation skills, interpersonal skills. Intern will get knowledge about ways of providing help for children suffering from disability and will learn various form of working with disabled children.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship
Trainee should arrive with a valid medical insurance for the total period of the internship. Local Committee is responsible for finding accommodation for trainee. The internship is located in city Rzeszow or in summer camp close to Rzeszow and is held by the Local Committee AIESEC Rzeszow.
