Department the intern will be working	Conferences and Institutes Office
Job Description1	Provide supervision to 12-13 campers in the Residence Halls and during meal times. Enforce camp rules fairly and consistently; talk to campers about their safety; look out for potentially harmful beha
Job Description2	Enforce quiet hours in Residence Halls; check are all the campers in their rooms ; walk along the corridors and check for parties; report any misbehavior. check campers’ rooms on daily basis.
Job Description3	Be a positive role model for campers. Establish good relationships with campers and communicate with them on a daily basis. Keep accurate record of campers names, rooms, class absences and misbehavior
Job Description4	Report illness, accident, or behavior issues to Camp Director and report cases of damaged University property . Seek assistance when needed from colleagues, camp teachers, and Camp Director.
Job Description5	Promote a sense of community within the groups and across the camp by teaching and modeling cooperation, respect, and responsibility in the camp environment.
Job Description6	Assist the camp teachers in sports and other organized camp activities. Attend the scheduled training sessions and staff meetings.Other duties, as assigned by the Camp Director and the teachers
Measurable results expected from the intern	Well being of the campers in the intern’s group; The number of campers in the intern’s group getting certificates at the end of the program; Number of discipline problems in the group
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	Interns might be asked to develop social activities such as team building games prior to arrival.

Other Details of the Working Conditions	Interns will be provided with accommodation and food (3 meals). Interns will be staying in student dorms together with the campers.
