Department the intern will be workingPROJECT FACILITATION
Job Description1The African YES project is focused on developing Business plans for Young Entrepreneurs in The society and guiding them on ways and strategies to be successful in their business activities to eradicate poverty in Africa and to make young individuals put their skills into Action.
Job Description2Facilitation and Delivery of sessions during weekly classes and trainings with other team members of the project.
Job Description3Weekly Evaluation on activities and report at the end of the project.
Job Description4Lead group to ensure that the development of the business plan become a reality.
Job Description5Engage in raising financial partners that will fund the best business plan that will be generate during the course of the project.
Job Description6Raise a TN with members of the LC to enable trainee integrate in the the Host/receiving LC.
Measurable results expected from the intern1. Develop a good business plan for participants. 2. Weekly tracking and evaluation of Business plan. 3.Integration and participation in LC activities. 4. Good communication with the participant and project team members. 5. Team work.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalTrainee should get Educational and Intellectual materials that will help Improve the delivery and outcome of setting up a business plan. get good case practices of other countries with great entrepreneurship achievements and their success stories.

Other Details of the Working ConditionsAccommodation, Internet Access and 1-meal will be provided for the duration of internship. the Micro finance Bank will provide a workspace for the EP. Transportation is not Provided.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship1. Get to understand the realities of Micro finance and Credit in a developing Country, 2. Increase project management experience on entrepreneurship 3. Global learning environment.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship1. Trainee will work with the MFB as the Internship goes on to make a better experience. 2.
