Measurable results expected from the intern1. Number and quality of the activities coordinated by the trainee 2. Follow the deadlines established with the organization on the beginning
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalKnowledge about the Portuguese Culture and habits; dynamic presentation about your home country, to be presented to the children. Also, you should bring typical products and materials, like a flag, food and touristic information.

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internshipThe interns will have a great experience working with children, living with them and working in a team, thus developing their self-awareness, while developing others. Meanwhile, they will be in teams so they will work on their effective communication and awareness of others competencies. Finally, living and working in a very different environment will help them work on their resilience and flexibility.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the InternshipAccommodation, meals during working days and transportation to the camps will be provided. You may not work in some weekends but, in that case, the transportation from the camps to Lisbon in that weekends is not provided by AIESEC. AIESEC is providing a free weekend during the internship to meet all the other interns in Portugal at the same time. The expenses of this weekend are covered by AIESEC except the transportation. To work in the Summer Camps in Portugal and go through their selection process is mandatory to have: - CV - Personal Health Insurance - Medical authorization (saying that everything is ok with you mental and physical) - Criminal Record (in order to work with children) To consider your application you need to send a video of yourself containing: 1. Introduction about Yourself; 2. What you consider a successful internship according to the job description and the key learning points mentioned above. Be creative!
