Job Description
Department the intern will be working	Cultural Education
Job Description1	The main goal is to show children culture and customs, to teach them tolerance, to influence on their development and to teach them basic words in English and a trainee's mother language.
Job Description2	Conducting English classes, multicultural education, teaching national songs and dances.
Job Description3	Trainee has to be prepared to present her/his country and culture by photos, games and typical things brought from home.
Job Description4	Trainee will be conducting workshops with kids and teenagers in children's homes.
Job Description5	Trainee will introduce children to creative thinking by various games, workshops and activities.
Job Description6	Helping children and teenagers to identify their assets, principles, goals, their strength and weakness for their future life via using some psychological and training tools.
Measurable results expected from the intern	It is expected that after the project children will expand their knowledge about the countries and cultures. They will be encouraged to learn foreign languages.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	Before arrival Trainee should prepare to work with children. Intern is required to prepare a presentation about his/her country including traditional costumes, music, dances (possibly clothes, brochures, photos, etc.)and materials for workshops with kids and teenagers.

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship	Facilitating skills, training skills, autopresentation skills, interpersonal skills. Working with kids and teenagers, insight on polish culture,learning methods of work with children having problems with behaviour.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship	Trainee should arrive with a valid medical insurance for the total period of the internship. The internship is located in Children's homes close to Rzeszow and in summer camp in Myczkowce and is held by the Local Committee AIESEC Rzeszów.
