This project aims at improving local students’ English and contributing to cultural communication and youth inspiration.
Job Description2
Before coming to Tianjin, the interns should prepare for part of the teaching materials and learn how to be a qualified teacher.
Job Description3
The interns will teach local students basic English like the pronunciation, vocabulary and help with their spoken English.
Job Description4
Be guiders in youth quality development classes and facilitate students to take part in colorful activities like lectures and singing competitions.
Job Description5
Watch movies with students and guide them to share. Organize students in role play classes and dancing time.
Job Description6
Collect questionnaires from local students and hand in the questionnaires and trainee report to host LC.
Measurable results expected from the intern
The Project is aimed at students deeper understanding of different cultures.We will have surveys and evaluation of collecting feedbacks at the school.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
1.The interns are expected to prepare a detailed self-introduction(PPT) and a detailed introduction about their countries(PPT), history, national flags, literature customs, festival can all be included. 2.The interns are expected to give advice on creative environment protection activities and prepare some videos about environment protection in their countries. 3.The interns are expected to find some more materials related to your country's reality or your own experiences by yourself. Interns are encouraged to be a lecturer in lectures to tell students more about their experiences and developments. 4.The interns should master some basic knowledge about China and Chinese culture in advance.

Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship
The motivation of teaching Chinese Youth and passion for China are preferred. We’d like the interns to be flexible and open to reasonable changes in teaching topics and activities according to school reality. Cultural sensitivity and sense of responsibility are required. And as teachers are regarded as role models by students in China, we’d like the interns to repect the local cultures and obey reasonable rules set by the schools.
