Job Description
Department the intern will be workingChinese Schools, Language Institution & Communities
Job Description1This project will gather 60 interns from different culture background to create great impact on AIESEC Mainland of China. It aims to broaden the horizon of students to encourage them to dare to dream and provide interns with unique experience by hosting various activities. Interns will join campaigns in at least four cities such as Hangzhou, Fuyang with AIESEC UNNC OC team.
Job Description2[Education] The intern will design suitable programs based on 5 main pillars: English study, culture diverse, sustainable development, self-improvement activities and outdoor activities.
Job Description3[Culture Exploring] The intern will visit at least four cities in Zhejiang Province to get to know South east China, and experience the Wu-Yue culture (Chinese Southeast culture).
Job Description4[Culture Delivery] The intern will carry out a minimum of 2 Global Village to promote their culture in local schools and communities. Interns should prepared necessary materials in advance.
Job Description5[Self-development] The intern will have the opportunity to hold the Regional Trainee Induction Conference . Leadership skills can be developed during the whole project.
Job Description6[Others] The intern will spend 6 weeks with 60 guys. There is a short journey for free. You have to write articles and these articles would be uploaded to the largest media network of Ningbo.
Measurable results expected from the interna) Attend all the classes and design events, b) Feedback from students with satisfying rate higher than 80%, c) Organize activities successfully, d) Submit an overall summary about the project when it is finished,
Preparation required from the intern before arrivala) Obtain the right visa and plane ticket for the whole duration ie. from 20th June to 1st August 2012, b) Design and prepare lessons about your country involving the above 5 aspects c) Prepare interesting and unique games. The intern is expected to bring the traditional costume, national flag, special food or drinks of his/her own country, in addition to presentation of his/her country with visual videos or PowerPoint slideshows.
