About The World Playground LC SU
The national summer project “World Playground” aims at building positive behaviours in children in the kindergartens. Through the activities organized by the interns the children will learn the value of pro-activity, creativity and open approach to the world which will prepare them to live in today's globalize environment.

Job Description1
From July till 2nd week August the intern will be running animating games in kindergartens in Sofia. The main subjects of the activities are: knowledge about other cultures and tolerance. The interns will be working in pairs with groups of children. The activities will be based on games and interactive learning through play. The main activities during will be different according to the age group.
Job Description2
The trainee should prepare extra activities for the kids,for example activities connected with music,art,theater,sport andetc.The intern should use these activities to teach the kids English language.

Interns will have to collaborate with OC team and create the follow-up activities of the project.The trainee should take part in additional activities and events at the kindergarten where will work.

The intern will participate in all the activities related with promotion of the project in the local environment,working with the Com team of LC SU.

The intern will have to organize the national-synchronized events of the project at local level and to organize and deliver the final event. (closing of the project)

The interns should bring with itself a health confirmation that he/she is able to work with children.
Measurable results expected from the intern
-90% of feedback forms show the kids have understood the topics of the trainings. - The purpose of the project is to make an impact on the children, broaden their minds and show them that people from other cultures are similar to themselves more than they think - deliver practical activities during the project that will have a specific result or outcome.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
The intern should be prepared on training and should gather information about workshops before arrival, as well as preparing a presentation about his country, a flag and other traditional objects/food/beverage representing his culture. When arrived, intern will have a training on working with kids in Sofia provided by the Organizational Committee team. The interns should bring their own computer. The trainee should prepare different interactive activities that will help them be a successful teacher.

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
The intern will learn how to work with children and to create diverse events related to the topics above mentioned. The intern will get 6 weeks practical experience in the area of training and will interact with the Non-Corporate Environment. The intern will have the opportunity to get involved in AIESEC activities of LC SU.
