|
Red Wings project aims at offering care to various social groups. In summer, great emphasis will be laid on kids who cannot be taken good care of by their busy parents, as well as who has some physical and mental problems.

Trainees who work like real teachers will delivery interesting classes like games, drawing and telling stories,and may involve in some regular work such as looking after the children for some time.

Trainees can also cooperate with the teachers to organize interesting events. For instance, amazing race in the park or English Singing competitions can be a good idea.

We will provide Chinese culture related courses like Chinese Painting and Tai Chi for free to the trainees as well as various activities, including amazing city tours.

|
Trainees are required to make a video called Amazing China or Amazing Shanghai, which shows the unique Shanghai from a foreigner’s eye.

|
We will provide a large part of transportation allowance for working; however, EPs have to pay the accommodation, 900 CNY per month, and their own meals.
|
Measurable results expected from the intern
|
a) No of residents educated and level of knowledge improved by survey; b) good feedback from community schools; c) evaluation on the teaching quality and student feedback by your language paired person; d) 80% attendance rate of all the meetings; e) reports about their work & life experience in China;
