Job Description1
The person must be very didactic teaching English to children aged 4 to 14, with the collaboration of the teacher in charge of the class.
Job Description2
Initially required to deliver theoretical and practical English in the classroom, then do English classes with the educational theme of the Imago Foundation.
Job Description3
Create a friendly learning environment
Job Description4
Create dynamic and creative workshops that develop certain competences and a global vision in the Foundation's kids.
Job Description5
Create workshops developing identity, values, principles, individuality, how to overcome difficulties, differences and how to stop discrimination and bullying.
Job Description6
Making a conference about your own culture, teaching: your traditions, food, dances, history, etc, in a creative way.
Measurable results expected from the intern
Improved English skills in the class. Higher cultural and social sensibility in the kids.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
The intern must speak excellent english. Also, you must study about the AIESEC GCM, Global Competency model, and the AIESEC core values and how to implement it through the global learning environments. The Intern will have to create a cultural presentation about the home country. For that the intern has to bring the right material as music, customs, food recipes and others.

Accomodation and food (2 meals a day on every workday) provided.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
The person could learn the culture of Colombia, the language (Spanish) and relationships with persons from another country; the most important thing is the experience in the foundation while giving classes to children in need.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship
The potential candidate must have an intermediate level of Spanish, good adaptability to the environment and must be able to work with small children. You will also be part of a "Global Village" on the 14th of July. You MUST arrive before this date.
