Job Description1
Come to Hangzhou to travel and receive basic training about China delivered by NGOs. Design and prepare the classes and activities in advance with innovation and in your own style.

After the project formally begins, be an organizer or a participator in the various and wonderful classes or activities to be held aiming at inner improving and horizon broadening with the students.
Job Description3
Interact with your students pro-actively to get first-hand knowledge of China. Spend a splendid period of time in this lovely region. Take record of your daily life, your findings and your feeling.

Take pictures or make short video to record your short but meaning experience in China. Hand in your feedback and reports in the last week of this internship.

We can have time to arrange traveling in Zhejiang as well as china.

Measurable results expected from the intern
1.Good feedback from learning partners,TN takers and organizations. 2.Evaluation on the teaching quality and feedback from students carried out by the local AIESECers. 3.Reports on the life in China and the current situation of the rural education 4.Reflection and assessment of the whole project made by the trainees. 5.Reflections from your students about your teaching and communication quality.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
a) Get proper visa and air ticket as early as possible b) Prepare a introduction about your own country and, if possible, some small gifts(books, postcards ,food and so on) for the kids that can represent your own nation are highly recommended. c)Brief study about China and Chinese. d) design and prepare the courses in an innovative and interesting and easy way e) Physically and mentally prepare for the challenges as well as fantastic trip to china!
