About Get Educated
“Get Educated” is a project based on Exchange (PBoX), which aims to develop the knowledge of university students in different fields of management in business, marketing and entrepreneurship like project management, e-commerce, etc, and help them have a different look on what they have learned in university theoretically, in an interactive learning environment. The project also gives them a chance to improve their English language skills at the same time. This will be delivered by an international team, consisting of 5 interns -who should be knowledgeable in one of the mentioned fields- through four weeks to an estimated number of 9 different groups of audience (about 20 people in each group). The audiences of the project will be mainly undergraduate students of management and business and some graduate students of entrepreneurship.

Job Description1
Facilitating classes for university students about management studies like entrepreneurship and business while improving their technical language.
Job Description2
Providing the necessary teaching material for the classes. The program will take form of presentations, discussions, quizzes (maybe) and other interactive activities.

Cooperation with the content team and other 4 interns during the project: A good communication and cooperation with the co-trainer, OCVP Content and also OCP (Project Manager).

Interns will also participate in global village and other cultural activities like cooking nights, where they introduce their culture, country’s handicrafts, customs, etc.

Preparing the final reports, making pictures and videos of their work, being present in weekly team meeting, etc.

Involvement in Local AIESEC activities (meetings, conferences, informal meetings, etc.). Depending on your development wishes and skills you might be invited to deliver trainings in LCMs.
Measurable results expected from the intern
1.Delivery of ALL requested sessions and activities (40 hours of sessions in total, 1 official opening, 1 official closing) 2.Filling-out all forms requested for a professional evaluation of your work and of how the project went together with encouraging the students to fill-out the sessions evaluation forms on the last session (required for the continuous improvement of Get Educated) .This is included in your tasks and working time (Final report of the work developed during the entire project). 3.Approval rate of the quality of the courses, as evaluated at the end by the students, above 80%.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
1.Close cooperation with the content team in order to bring out the most innovative content and having an education plan prepared. 2.Presentation about his own country: preparing presentation of their country for global village (traditional costumes, food, pictures,...)

Accommodation + Food is covered due to intern's request(145 $).Also there will be fun events, parties and trips. Please bring your own laptop. The interns will have about one week before the project starts for final preparation, team building and having trainings delivered and each weekend to prepare for the following week’s sessions.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
1)International work experience 2)Interaction with Iranian students during courses and outside class activities 3)Skills development: cultural awareness, communication, presentation, training, facilitation, team work, co-training, new culture adaptation 4)AIESEC involvement: potential OC helper position in conferences, or delivery of 1-2 trainings, chairing a conference etc. (this depends on how extensive your previous AIESEC experience is).
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship
For the events planned within the project and for ensuring a better understanding of cultural differences it is highly recommended for the interns to come prepared with objects representing their culture.
