Job Description
Department the intern will be working	Event Organizing,English teaching and Facilitating.
Job Description1	Conduct and facilitate events and classes activities on English Teaching, Cultural understanding and, mainly focusing on students from Secondary schools and Universities Interns together with Local AEISEC members organize and execute the events and activities in class for students from secondary schools.
Job Description2	Build and develop content for events: Camping day, Closing Ceremony Develop detailed activities in each event. Organize and manage event. Facilitate event. Take part in Exchange Fair
Job Description3	Make sure about all materials related to information of XCEL Project and Vietnamese culture Engage actively with the local AIESEC activities
Job Description4	Partly contribute to event's quality-improvement, working together with team to have constructive feedback for the content of each event
Job Description5	Support XCEL Project promotion by participating in the market channels

Measurable results expected from the intern	- It is expected that interns will work effectively in the field of Planning and Executing Events in each event - There will be meaningful and practical education projects, many activities and program to develop students’ ablility. - Have positive impact on students’ way of thinking and behaviors in learning English and how they view the world. - Provide students with personal essential and professional skills,knowledge and develop their competencies to reach the goal that educate 200-250 students from secondary schools.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	- Intern is expected to have a basic understanding about Vietnamese culture and a good/ clear understanding about his/ her own culture - Prepare the traditional dance,songs,games……… of intern's country to teach Vietnamese students to show them interns’ culture - Have own laptop and carry it during internship

Other Details of the Working Conditions	1. Accommodation is provided. Trainee will stay with Vietnamese families or stay together in intern house. 2. Trainee need to cover expenses related to food and transportation
