Job Description1
From 01.07.2012 till 20.08.2012 the intern will travel in a specific region in Bulgaria.The trainee should prepare articles on a daily basis and s/he should also take photos daily.
Job Description2
S/he will publish them on a specific website and will create visual materials. Topic of articles will be about getting to know local traditions, culture, customs and certain folklore events
Job Description3
Interns will have to collaborate with Organizational Committee team in order to leave their luggage in a venue and travel fast and lightly to short destinations.
Job Description4
The intern must attend all trainings about journalism, photography, physical training, word press and etc.
Job Description5
The intern will have to update and promote the site.
Job Description6
The interns should participate in the promotion and delivery of a Global Village event in Sofia.
Measurable results expected from the intern
-How many times the site was visited. - The purpose of the project is to create a helpful site, made by foreigner for foreigners. The site must present and promote Bulgaria as a touristic destination with many opportunities. - deliver practical activities during the project that will have a specific result or outcome.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
The intern should be prepared for training and should gather information’s about workshops before arrival, as well as preparing a presentation about his country, a flag and other traditional objects/food/beverage representing his culture.

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
The intern will learn how to take photos, to update a website, write articles. Also the intern will improve time management, presentation, team work, cultural sensitivity, networking, preparing promo materials, communication skills, event management, organizational skills, negotiation skills, selling skills, soft skills. The intern will have the opportunity to get involved in AIESEC activities of the LC he is working for. The Intern will receive a certificate for the project.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship
For any further information please contact the TN manager. Accommodation is provided. Food is provided ( discounts for restaurants and groceries) There will be lots of traveling involved (also walking); Interns need to be in good physical condition; sleeping will be in different places, some of which small villages; interns need 150 Euro at least for accommodation outside of Sofia.
