Cruzando Horizontes 3 is a local project that will happen in Ibagué and Espinal city.

The trainee will teach kids between 12 and 15 years old in Ibagué or Espinal.

The trainee will do activities and stay with old people in Ibagué or Espinal.

Bring some stuff to help cultural activities representative of the country.

The themes of the workshops are: cultural diversity, social responsability, sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship, education importance and personal motivation.

Measurable results expected from the intern
|
Plan of the classes of the project, working together with other interns and with the local team of the project; ´ • Implement the proposed activities; • Promote on the students a comprehension of the themes of the project • Quality of reports made by the intern; • Good learn of Spanish language; • Participation in local events with AIESEC and with the Stakeholders; • Contribution for the growth of the project as a member of the Cruzando Horizontes Team.

Preparation required from the intern before arrival
|
The trainee needs to know about the culture of his/her country. Trainee must not have restrictions about working with children or old people and search knowledge. A previous leadership role experience is extremely preferred.

The Local Committe will provided Host and Food. The Host will be with an AIESECer or Family home, stakeholders events.

Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship
|
The trainee should send CV and EP form and submit an interview. When the trainee is selected must attach a proof of "blood type". must print and present the Acceptance Note or a letter from AIESEC TOLIMA of the TN for presentation to enter Colombia, they generate a temporary visitor visa. prior to travel must submit the relevant international insurance and is recommended for best expectations to bring 400 USD for travel expenses for Colombia.
