|
SFY is an initiative organized by AIESEC Hungary to position AIESEC to Highschool students during summer and develop youth in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Cultural understanding, World issues, Financial knowledge, Goal settings, Time management.

|
There will be 2 rounds of the Camps. 1st: 25th of June- 6th of July; 2nd: July-17th of July. Between the 2 rounds there will be 1 week a break for relaxation and sightseeing or travelling.

Prep.starts before the 1stRound.On Sat.-23.06there will be a preparation event where trainees should participate.The goal of the event is GT2K each other&the goal of the camp&creating the camp agenda.

|
During the break-week there will be a Global Village (~14th of July) where each and every trainee should represent their countries and cultures to the local citizens.
|

|
The interns'll be working with other facilitators-trainees and lead groups of high school students. The projects will be aimed on soft skills development, career planning and cultural understanding.

|
Each camp will end up with evaluation with AIESECers from the Local Committe. The first is 6th of July and the second is 27th of July.

Measurable results expected from the intern
|
Majority of high school students in the groups are satisfied with the camp and the program itself. - You have gathered practical knowledge and improved your soft skills and you are aware of Hungarian culture.
|

Preparation required from the intern before arrival
|
Researches should be done about; Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Cultural understanding , Relevant world issues, Goal Settings, Financial knowledge, Time managment. This topics will be presented to students, therefore it would be very important to have as much knowledge as possible about mentioned topics. Prepare an interactive powerpoint presentation about your country and prepare some traditional things for cultural events.

Other Details of the Working Conditions
|
Accomodation are provided from !!!21th of June till 29th of July!!! Food during the camps are covered (1/day). All you have to pay is the food and your extra expenses. You should bring your own laptop to be able to prepare for sessions and create material and outputs.

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
|
Interns will have opportunity to work in an international team; they will learn different cultures, especially Hungarian culture and mindset of Hungarian youth. Moreover, interns will have opportunity to learn about different world issues and develop their facilitating skills.
|

Interns has to be in Miskolc latest by 22th of June!! In case you are interested, please approach the TN manager with your EP form, CV, the expected duration of visa processes (if needed) and the explanation why do you want to apply for this internship - all included in the one mail.
