About CultFest
Cultural events (like festival "Global Village") in different parts of the city. The aim of the project is to increase level of tolerance among young people in Russia and to build intercultural communications between russian and foreign students.

Job Description1
To participate in the organization of different cultural events in the city, including content creating, promo campaign and realization.
Job Description2
Actively participate in and attend project events: to present your national culture, to give master-classes (e.g. to teach people to cook your national dishes, do crafts, dancing etc), appear on stage

To participate in some external events (non-AIESEC), e.g. promotion activities of our partners, flashmobs etc.

To work part-time at our partners, e.g. at language school, event agency, camp.

Measurable results expected from the intern
80% events are organized/attended and all of them are succesfully realized
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
To prepare a program of what you can do at the events (e.g. what you can demonstrate, play, cook, teach others etc). To prepare some national attrubutes, costumes, presentation about country/culture/history, instruments. To make photo/video (optional, is discussed on the interview)

Accomodation: hostel or hosting family (may be mixed room). Separate bed, changing host not more than 2 times. Work with people from different countries. Work with different audiences (e.g. there may be events for children, for adults and so on). 1st week of intership - learning programm and integration seminar. Our Reception Team organizes some special events, involving LC members and trainees (visiting the most interesting places of Saint-Petersburg - "The Cultural Capital of Russia", parties, etc.); To attend National conference of AIESEC Russia in St.Petersburg (5-11 July)
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
Event-management skills, expansion of international contacts, broadening of outlook, improving of cultural knowledge, self-performing and public speaking skills
