The whole preparation work and organization work for a summer camp(issue based on public welfare) for 100 high school students, including external (sponsor and media) contact, activities design etc

When the summer camp going on, as guidances to lead the whole activity, leading the discussion about the public welfare action, guiding the delegates to write their proposal and do presentations

To design the session of activities, including "Youth forum", "Amazing race", "Connection time", "Create more! session", "Farewell party" etc. prepare the material & design the process of all sessions

Be a Guidance and lead a group to complete all the sessions; Help your group to realize their ideas about public welfare in the downtown of Qingdao;Lead the discussion and sharing after the session
