Job Description1
The intern will do promotion on cultural presentation program to schools in Surabaya, Prepare,conduct and evaluate the cultural presentation based on the institution and the event
Job Description2
The intern will design continuing program to promote cultural awareness among children all in daily basis with Leap institution.
Job Description3
The intern will also help the Organizing Comittees team to prepare the upcoming project, based on the preparation for the events, and raising sponsorship
Job Description4
Write weekly event report in bulletin or company web for leap institution
Job Description5
the intern will conduct conversation class and focus group discussion with the student in the class and having fun learning about culture, motivation to learning english, and mingle with them.

The intern will involve and participating in PBoX Culture & Tourism and other AIESEC Surabaya activities
Measurable results expected from the intern
Intern can do minimum of 10 cultural presentation in different type of culture such as food, cloth, etc. Intern can design and implement “Cultural Exchange and Global Issue Awareness” for students and held the project Culture and Tourism which AIESEC Surabaya had.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
1. Getting to know Surabaya culture before coming to Indonesia, 2. Intern should make interesting cultural presentation about his/her home country, tourism knowledge, and also bring 2 country flag, some origin food/snack, country booklet, and souvenirs that represent his/her home country. 3. cell phone (GSM) and personal auxiliaries. 4. know about what Le@p is.

Other Details of the Working Conditions
1. the intern working hours with AIESEC will be from 9.00-14.00, and from 14.00-18.00 will be with Leap institution. the working hours will be flexible depends on the situation 2. the intern will stay with host family, accomodation such as transportation,housing and food 3. during weekends, interns will get free Indonesian language lesson

The feeling of living together, cross cultural understanding, experience Indonesia uniqueness and diverse culture, develop English, and facilitating skills. understand about tourism in Surabaya and the intern's home country.
