Education and learning manager
Job Description1
The Intern will deliver trainings and workshops to elementary school audience on the 4 topics of the national project “Life without borders”: tolerance, ecology, sports and arts & krafts.
Job Description2
The intern has to attend a national preparation conference happening in Belgrade (5th-8th of July), conference that includes a Global Village in the center of the city.
Job Description3
Interns will have to collaborate with OC team and create the follow-up activities of the project.
Job Description4
The intern will participate at all the activities related with promotion of the project in the local environment, working with the PR team of each LC.
Job Description5
The intern will have to organize the national-synchronized events of the project at local level and to organize and deliver the final event, happening in Belgrade also.

Measurable results expected from the intern
-90% of feedback forms show the pupils have understood the topics of the trainings. - follow-up activities to be implemented after the internship ends; - deliver practical activities during the project that will have a specific result or outcome.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
The intern should be prepared on training and should gather information on the 4 topics of the project before arrival, as well as preparing a presentation about his country, a flag and other traditional objects/food/beverage representing his culture.

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
The intern will learn how to work with children and to create diverse events related to the topics above mentioned. The intern will get 2 months' practical experience in the area of training and will interact with the Non-Corporate Environment. The intern will have the opportunity to get involved in AIESEC activities of the LC he is working for.
