About Me, Myself & I
Me, Myself & I will be the first leadership and development project run by AIESEC Bratislava specifically aimed to ambitious and driven high school students. On this project 10 interns from all around the world will cooperate. This unique opportunity will engage students in an interactive learning environment led by international AIESEC interns to develop the skills necessary to become positive change factors of their future. This project provides students with the tools to become successful leaders of positive change. We hope to do this by instilling and expanding three value pillars of living diversity, entrepreneurial mindset and acting sustainably.

Job Description1
The project goal will be realized by an international team consisting of 10 interns in capital city of Slovakia. This unique project will engage high school students in an interactive learning environment to develop their skills necessary to become positive change factors of their future. (exspecially soft skills)

During this project students will improve their organisation, presentation, team management, leadership creative and English communication skills.

The project lasts 6 weeks, with timeline: the first week of preparation, two weeks of the first round of 50 students, then one week free and then two weeks of the second round of 50 students.

The free week will be spent by travelling trough Slovakia and interns can participate on program prepared by the organisation team of project.

Learning environment is created though mentoring, team collaboration, seminars,real-life stimulation, interactive learning sessions & project-based group work.
Measurable results expected from the intern
Interns will prepare presentation of their countries and materials for trainings of soft skills in an interactive way. Also will prepare presentation of their country for global village (flag,traditional costumes, dance, pictures...)
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
Interns are supposed to collect information connected with situation in cultural, social, historical and economical areas in their countries and the possible materials for soft skills trainings. The more inormation will be provided after interview.

Free accommodation: Free accomodation in dorms where interns will be together. Lunch costs covered (one meal per working day). Access to AIESEC office. Own laptop is obligatory. Before project starts you will get training (how to teach, rise attention, we give you feedback on presentation and help you). The working hours are cca 30 hours per week(work directly in the clases) and he rest is your preparation for classes. Interns will have evaluation of work once after the end with the organisation comittee president.
