Job Description1	The intern will help design and implement a Community Service Programme to engage children from under-privileged backgrounds in social change and empower them to contribute back to their communities.
Job Description2	Teaching the Children through Media and Art and making optimum use of Arts and Sculptures.Enhancing and maintaining the Peace Museum that Organisation has.
Job Description3	The Intern should be Creative and know about the Child labour and perspective about Peace around the world.Teaching underprivileged children.
Job Description4	Help children learn basic computers and providing children with the latest Learning aids along with acting as counselors.
Job Description5	The intern will have to pay an amount of Rs.500/- (around 10$ or 11$) for the food and accommodation.

Measurable results expected from the intern	Consolidating and enriching the knowledge and skills already acquired by trainers so as to enhance their capabilities to organize and undertake training courses for the project planning and education, based on assessments of the level and competency of trainers and assuring responsiveness to localized and regional training needs. Being Active in the performances held Out at the Museum.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	Research on the project scenario in rural India and recreational ways to interact and improve the same. To be prepared all the challenges that fall on the way during the internship and solving it in a positive way!. The intern is expectd to pay 10$ (1$ = Rs 50) for accommodation for 6 weeks of internship. Other Details of the Working Conditions	Intern should be equipped with basic computer skill, presentation skill, and should have command on the language . It is advise to carry your own laptops. Intern will be helped to find really cheap accommodation and food for which he/she will need to pay for. The accommodation will have the BASIC facilities.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship	Understand the importance of Team work, Knowledge on the culture of India. Community service. Interpersonal skills, Social education, Student Psychology, Team work, Presentation skills, Project Management and Cultural Understanding. get to know about the ACTUAL LIFE.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship	Trainee will cooperate with other foreign students involved in the project. They will all be responsible for evaluation of NGOs working with HRG in their respective areas . Trainees will work with the NGO team to visit HRG who will act as their translators with English on satisfactory level. Trainees will be provided with all office materials necessary in their work.
