Job Description1The project is based on work with youth of 14-16 years old from schools . The first task is to show the foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, national clothes. The main goals of country presentation are to show the variety of world's cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance
Job Description2To run trainings, working groups, brainstorming to help pupils and students to identify their values, strengths and weaknesses, personal and professional goals
Job Description3Develop pupils potential with the help of different phycological tools, which help to make the choice of future profession
Job Description4To organize trainings, brainstorming, learning circles with students the main idea of these events is to share the notion of leadership, proactive behaviors
Job Description5To organize discussion club connected with nowadays situation in the world economic and business.
Job Description6To take active part in LC events in frames of the project
Measurable results expected from the internQuality of runned trainings evaluated by surveys of students sutisfation, participation in all external events in frames of project presenting own country
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalTrainee shlould be ready to present his country, culture and traditions power point presentations, music, clothes, food, drinks, flag, brochures, books, etc.). Trainee should know how o cook at least 1 national dish.

Other Details of the Working ConditionsThe program will cover the cost for accommodation, food (2 times)( we will give food and must to cook) and trainings throughout these 6 weeks, except of the delegates' fees on the conferences. Also transportations not paid.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internshipInterns will develop their abilities to prepare and deliver quality trainings. They will work in a dynamic international environment with like - minded fellows form Ukraine and abroad, attending trainings, preparing sessions, working with pupils and contributing to their development. New deeper knowledge in people development area - training and facilitating skills - education and teaching skills - involvement in the educational environment - intercultural atmosphere - gaining expertise on fields like career planning and self awareness - gaining experience on AIESEC systems, PBOX experience - team management skills
