Department the intern will be workingRural development
Job Description1FUND RAISING: The intern should have the basic idea of fund raising.
Job Description2The intern shall carry out the survey in the target areas i.e the villages. And then a list on common problems faced by the villagers is to created.
Job Description3DOCUMENTATION: The DATA should be compiled in the form of a report. The intern has to submit a report on the survey, the data collected and the tangibles inferred from it. Proper analysis required
Job Description4WORKSHOPS: The intern should conduct workshops at the target area of the NGO i.e villages on various social issues like over population, women empowerment etc.
Job Description5The intern has to conduct general awareness camp for the rural people . The intern has to make sure that he has provided information regarding human rights, possible diseases and their cause etc
Job Description6Connecting the organization work with the rural sector: The intern should be adabtable and friendly. It is good, if the intern is interacting with the rural people.
Measurable results expected from the internDocumentation of the survey results and suggesting solutions to the problems. The intern should conduct workshops in various villages.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalThe intern should have good understanding of India, its people and various problems faced by the people of India. The intern should study the EP Guide and information booklet
