Job Description1The project is based on working with youth of 13-16 years old from schools. The first task is to show the foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, national clothes. The main goals of country presentation are to show the variety of world's cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance.
Job Description2To run trainings, working groups, brainstorming to help pupils to identify their values, strengths and weaknesses, personal and professional goals.
Job Description3To help participants to fulfil their potential with help of different psychological tools which help them to make the choice of their future profession.
Job Description4To organize trainings, brainstorming, learning circles. The main idea of these events is to share the idea of leadership, proactive behaviour.
Job Description5To manage the teams of pupils for helping them to understand the world issues and to help them find the solutions of these problems in the local society through creating different projects.
Job Description6Provide trainings about LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, TIME MANAGEMENT, TEAM MANAGEMENT, VALUES, CULTURAL TOLERANCE etc.
Measurable results expected from the intern100 lessons are held.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalInterns should be ready to present their countries, culture and traditions (power point presentations, music, clothes, food, drinks, flag, brochures, books, etc.).To read and prepare materials in such topics as: - self-discovering, -leadership, -time management and presentation skills, -team management, -the importance of active social position, -world's main issues.

Other Details of the Working ConditionsOther Conditions:The program will cover the cost of accomodation and food (2 meals per day) throughout these 6 weeks, except of the delegates' fees on the conferences and travelling around Ukraine.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internshipInterns will develop their abilities to prepare and deliver quality trainings. They will work in a dynamic international environment with like - minded fellows form Ukraine and abroad, attending trainings, preparing sessions, working with pupils and contributing to their development. New deeper knowledge in people development area, - training and facilitating skills, - education and teaching skills, - involvement in the educational environment, - intercultural atmosphere, - gaining expertise on fields like career planning and self awareness, - gaining experience on AIESEC systems, PBOX experience, - team management skills.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the InternshipThe intern should prepare all the needed documents for visa permission if needed.
