Job Description1The trainee is supposed to work with orphan and disabled children and teenagers. The project is focused on the impact to develop and empower children to get new skills and knowledge, to receive an experience of international communication with foreign students. The trainees should help children to broaden their mental outlook by providing special interactive trainings, classes or games which could be targeted on the education development.
Job Description2The trainee is supposed to take part in creation of a working plan together with LC and orphanage responsible based on age and needs of kids and adapt own preparation according to the plan created.
Job Description3To provide trust and developing games for kids, to make improvisations on different social topics, to conduct debates and to teach children dances, songs, create other interactive activities for kids.
Job Description4To use interactive communicative methods of teaching, organize learning circles, speaking clubs, trainings, workshops in order to improve kids' English skills.
Job Description5To show foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, clothes in order to show the variety of world's cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance.
Job Description6To take part in LC activities, integration events, be involved into LC work - facilitation, education, PBoX preparation, recruitment, OGX activities, others.
Measurable results expected from the internThe trainees are expected to arise kids curiosity about other countries, world issues, interesting opportunities and education development. We hope that trainees will create an active and happy atmosphere which helps children to be more open and realize their new talents and new skills. We want to create friendly and happy atmosphere for children, to open their hearts, to make them smile, to show them different sides of our big world, to develop their imagination.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalTrainee should prepare games, trainings, presentations for social topics, English lessons, songs, plays and other interesting materials to conduct classes for children. All creative knowledge will be useful here: photography skills, hand-made skills, theatre and dancing, painting. Trainee should be prepared to present own country, culture and traditions (power point presentations, music, clothes, food, drinks, flag, brochures, books, games, instruments etc.).

Other Details of the Working ConditionsAccommodation and food (2 times per each working day) provided, except of the delegates' fees on the conferences and travelling around Ukraine.
Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internshipUnique experience of work with orphaned children, opportunity to give knowledge and experience to them, show professional quality, skills and abilities, take part in development of children and their future behavior, possibility to take part in other LC activities and be ambassador of own country.
