Department the intern will be working	Education
Job Description1	Show the one's country through presenting national traditions, food, history, national clothes. The main goals of country presentation are to show the variety of world's cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance
Job Description2	Run trainings, working groups, brainstorming for different themes and issues
Job Description3	Improve student's knowledge of the English language
Job Description4	To organize trainings, brainstorming, learning circles with students of orphan houses. The main idea of these events is to share the notion of leadership, proactive behaviors
Job Description5	Intern will take part in the evaluation of the project sharing their impressions and giving feedback for the organizing committee and their work, giving advices in order to improve the project

Measurable results expected from the intern	It is expected that after the project young pupils will be inspired and motivated to be entrepreneurial and be proactive. The orphan houses are satisfied with high quality of the workshops. All stakeholders know what is AIESEC and have the positive image of the organization. Running workshops on the highest level. Being a perfectly prepared and flexible trainer. Being the inspiration for young people. Be the AIESEC ambassador through: o Transmitting AIESEC values and opportunities while conducting workshops.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	Training materials – please get acknowledged with the preparation package which will be sent to each intern up till one month before arrival. Prepare presentaion about your country

Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship	Facilitating skills, raining skills, auto-presentation skills, interpersonal skills, working in multicultural environment skills through conducting workshops in groups of three, insight into the Kyrgyz culture while being hosted by Kyrgyz families, knowledge about entrepreneurship in general and in Kyrgyzstan, knowledge about generating ideas for business and transforming them into reality, emotional Intelligence training.
Additional information a potential candidate may require for the Internship	Intern must be ready to present his/her country, culture and traditions (food, flag, brochures, book, powerpoint, music, etc.) Intern must be open-minded, ready for challenges concerning children
