Job/Task Description 1
Participate in the preparation period (19th-21th January), where the trainee has the opportunity to learn about the financial topics to be approached in the trainings. Prepare the necessary materials for the trainings together with another trainee and assure the logistics for each session. Provide financial education lessons for young people in high-schools as an additional know-how for existing curricula through presentations and examples about financial market in Romania.

Deliver the sessions on financial education to the high school students. Be involved in other MoneySense activities (for example contributes to the online activities, where applicable)

Measurable results expected from the intern
The measurement will be realized through: -the quality of the trainings held -the quality of the materials prepared by each pair of trainees based on the MoneySense materials and their knowledge about financial market globally -the evaluation forms focused on the trainings quality and the knowledge acquired by the beneficiaries during the trainings -the high school students presence at the sessions
Key learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
During the traineeship the trainee will have the possibility to do a CEED in the receiving LC. The JD for the CEED will be determined together with the trainee and the LC and the CEED will be done in the spare time after fulfilling the responsibilities of the traineeship.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival
The intern has to get informed about the financial topics in his country or/and globally. At the beginning of the traineeship, the trainees will attend the sessions offered by AIESEC, RBS and CREDE Foundation representatives regarding the personal budget, financial products and services in Romania, about entrepreneurship and also presentations skills. The period will also include the preparation of the agenda and the materials for the sessions (presentations, case-studies etc).
Additional information which a potential candidate may require for the internship
Working details: - the trainees will work in pairs of two for preparing the materials and also for delivering the sessions; - one group will be formed from 20 to 30 high school students; The trainees can organize any kind of activity that contributes to the awareness raising, among students, on the specific topics.
