Job Description1Balakalakaar is the largest child rights and education initiative in the AIESEC network working towards the ultimate goal of impacting close to 10,000 underprivileged children in the city of Hyderabad.
Job Description2The trainee would be needed to work in their allotted NGO in the fields of child rights and education by working on various educational, personal, psychological and cultural needs of the children.
Job Description3The trainee is needed to create a new education module for the children of ages 6-14 to ensure holistic growth and development along with new methods to ensure a better quality of learning.
Job Description4The trainee has to work as an individual mentor for the children to ensure they have someone to look up to and someone who opens their minds to limitless possibilities.
Job Description5Work on creating a strong base for the implementation of extra and co-curricular activities and events for the children in the fields of arts, physical development and personality development.

Measurable results expected from the internHolistic growth of the children in terms of knowledge and also cultural education.
Preparation required from the intern before arrivalResearch on how the under privileged children in India are living at the moment.The interns are expected to make a power point presentation on the education system for underprivileged in India and also about their rights.
